What I'm listening to: Cosmopole by Cantoma.
This is a super cool chill out cut off the "Indian Summer" compilation. Good Tabla action in the percussion. It's off the Ministry of Sound label, which I will hopefully visit when I partake in British festivities next month...next week actually.
Just came back from two parties. The first one was fantastic, it was nice to just chill out in good company. I met a couple of new people there, one was overly argumentative, so I kept my distance on purpose. No sense in debating with somebody who just likes to fight for the fun of it. If I were still five years old, it would be fun.
The second one was a department party. That was a nice cap off for the evening. Just hung out and smoked, and ate some good cake. I wondered why one of my colleagues couldn't part the seas to get me a glass of water, it being Easter and all.
I'm getting back into digital photography again which is nice. I became a hardass purest for a few weeks, who would only shoot film, so I have a pile of film to be developed. But the digital, wow, it's so nice to be able to instantly proof, and convert to grayscale in photoshop instantaneously, and it's also handy for parties. I'll try to post some of my Montreal metro shots.
I love the metro system, it's like stepping into 1967. Everything if very mod cool hip Canada, when this country was still relatively innocent. Montreal was no doubt the place to be for Centennial-Expo!!!
